How to send the call to voicemail with a preselected greeting, use full when one needs multiple greetings depending of the use case, for example one voicemail for calls outside of the business hours and a different greeting when all lines are busy.
Step-by-step guide
- Go to Dialplan → Dialplan manager
- Create a new dialplan with a destination number and following actions, set the greeting ID and the voicemail_id accordingly. Greeting ID is the id of the voicemail greeting and voicemail_id is the extension for which the voicemail should be recorded.
If you don't know the greeting ID, go to Apps → Voicemail, click on greetings for the desired extension and then get the id from the # column.
